Purchase Exemptions

All products sold by Wholesale Bingo Supplies are intended for entertainment purposes only. By purchasing with Wholesale Bingo Supplies and any of its affiliates, the buyer agrees to accept the responsibility of the legality of products purchased in your city and state.  

Wholesale Bingo Supplies is not licensed to sell bingo paper within the State of Minnesota for any purposes.  Wholesale Bingo Supplies is also not licensed to sell any bingo supplies (including daubers and papers) within the city of Los Angeles, California.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Same Day Shipping Policy:

We make every effort to ship all in-stock bingo supplies that are ordered by 2:00 p.m. EST the same day the order is placed on any given business day Monday - Friday. Please consider the time at which you place you order when selecting expedited shipping. 

If your bingo supplies order must be delivered by a certain date, be sure to list this in the "comments" section of your order. This will help us to deliver your bingo supplies on-time even if there are any backorders or other potential difficulties with your order. NOTE: Simply, listing the date that you must receive your bingo supplies order in the comments section is not a guarantee. Wholesale Bingo Supplies ships bingo supply orders to our customers extremely fast. In fact, most orders are in our customers hands within a few business days. However, we strongly recommend that if you are on a strict deadline, that you select expedited shipping.  Sundays and Saturday are not considered business days and most carriers will not deliver on the weekends to business addresses.  Residental address delivery business days are Tuesday thru Saturday, There are no residental deliveries on Sunday and Monday.

Expedited Shipping will always receive priority over ground shipping. If you select expedited shipping for your bingo supplies order, your order will always receive priority over standard. As the map below is simply a guideline (although a mostly accurate one), you should be careful when relying upon it if you are on a tight schedule. Wholesale Bingo Supplies is not responsible for any late shipments because of delays deemed necessary by the shipping company (FedEx. USPS, UPS, etc...) such as weather delays or mechanical delays.

Your order may ship either  UPS,Fed Ex or USPS. All expediated orders will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex.  Regular and Expediated orders  will not ship to a PO Box, therefore you must provide us with a physical address on all orders.

Ground - 2 to 8 business days

Express Saver - 3 Buinsess days

2 Day - 2 Business Days

Overnight - 1 Business Day

 

A Note About Our Shipping Rates

Unfortunately, some of our shipping rates are admittedly higher than we would like.  This is due to the heavy weight of most of our items, namely bingo paper and bingo daubers.  This can result in our shipping rates being a bit more for lighweight items and we do apologise for that.  But, you'll have to trust us when we tell you that our shipping fees are not meant as a profit center. They are simply meant to offset the ever increasing rates of our shippers which are substantial.  

Free Shipping & Exemptions

Orders over $75 receive free shipping within the continental states.

Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the Continental United States. Orders requiring shipment to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must contact Wholesale Bingo Supplies for an exact shipping quote. Orders requiring other international shipment must contact Wholesale Bingo supplies for an exact shipping quote. Orders from outside the continental United States will not be shipped without contact with Wholesale Bingo Supplies.

Customers receiving bingo supply shipments into Canada and other International destinations are responsible for all duties and taxes levied by their location country.

Return Policy

Be sure to inspect your bingo supplies order both for shipping damage and for accuracy within 24 hours of receipt. If you would like to return your bingo order, you must receive an authorization and an RMA# from us in order to potentially receive a refund. Further, all returns must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Any free shipping charges will be deducted from the returned merchandise credit.

Orders must be returned in good condition to receive any refund. Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee up to $10.00 or 25% of the original purchasing price, whichever is greater.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Wholesale Bingo Supplies is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items. We are not be responsible for a refund if the order is lost or does not arrive. The refund will be for the products only. No refund will be given for any shipping charges that have been incurred.

Order Cancellation Policy

Bingo product orders may be cancelled by email or phone call, and a refund will be issued. However, once the order has shipped no cancellation is possible and no refund will be given until the bingo products are returned in good condition. And then the refund will be for the products only. No refund will be given for any shipping charges that have been incurred.

It is the customer's responsibility to make every effort to contact Wholesale Bingo Supplies to communicate that they want to cancel their order. Wholesale Bingo Supplies will make every effort to stop the order from shipping once they have received the cancellation request from the customer. Realize that sometimes emails are not read for some time, and that phone calls must be communicated among our departments. Your phone or email cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled in time before it is shipped by our shipping department.

That said, if you give us a sufficient amount of time (a couple of hours at least) with your cancellation notice (especially if you call), we may be able to accomodate you.

Customers who refuse to accept orders once they have been shipped will be charged for the cost of shipping for the order to be returned to us. Refused ordered will be subject to the same terms and conditions detailed in our return policy.

If you directly Email us, we suggest that you send two Emails and break your credit card number in two. Send half the number in one Email and the other half plus the expiration date in the other Email.
