Application Instructions

Wholesale Bingo Supplies and our family of companies have frequently given back to the community at large, and we are pleased to announce the second Whole Sale Bingo Supplies scholarship opportunity. We awarded this scholarship for the first time last year, and were very pleased by the enthusiastic reception from our bingo customers! It’s our hope that with the award of this scholarship program, that we can continue giving back to our bingo family, and that these opportunities will continue to grow in the future. We certainly think it is fun for us to administer, and we believe it will prove beneficial to many future students.

The Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship will be awarded by Wholesale Bingo Supplies to a student that is judged by our selection committee to have fulfilled the obligations of the award in the best way possible.

What does that mean? It means that we want all submissions to be creative, well written, and fun to read. Basically, have fun with it. Write your answers in a conversational tone. Make it personable and entertaining. Of course, poor grammar and misspellings are unacceptable, so be sure to proofread your answers.

Please fill out the following information.

Wholesale Bingo Supplies 2011 Scholarship Rules

1. Applicant must be planning on attending an accredited college, university, or trade school by September 30, 2011. Failure to enroll in such an institution will result in your scholarship funds being forfeited. The responsibility for determining if your school is accredited is the applicant’s and not ours.

2. Applicant must be a citizen of the United States (Permanent residents who are not citizens are not eligible).

3. The Scholarship funds will not be distributed outside of the United States. All applicants must furnish a mailing address within the United States. Further, the institution that the applicant is attending or will attend must have offices and a mailing address within the United States. This does not necessarily disqualify an institution located outside of the United States if they can meet the above qualifications.

4. Applications submitted outside of our online submission process will be rejected. Only applications received through our online submission process will be accepted.

5. Applications must be submitted in English. All other languages will result in immediate rejection.

6. Your application must be completed in its entirety to be accepted.

7. All applications must be received by the end of day on May 31^st, 2011. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

8. Only finalists will be contacted, so if you are not contacted, you are not a finalist.

9. All finalists for the scholarship will be notified by July 7^th, 2011 of their status. At this time, they will have until the end of day March 31^st, 2011 to provide Wholesale Bingo Supplies with proof of your U.S. citizenship. Failure to provide this documentation will result in disqualification.

10. Wholesale Bingo Supplies will only contact finalists, and of course, the winner.

11. The winner of the Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship will be announced by the end of day, July 15, 2011.

12. Do not send Wholesale Bingo Supplies transcripts or other personal information unless the information is specifically asked for by Wholesale Bingo Supplies. We are not responsible for any unsolicited information, and will destroy or discard any such unsolicited information that we receive.

13. All entries and content submitted are the property of Wholesale Bingo Supplies and may be used in any way we see fit, which includes, but is not limited to, advertising and promotion related to the Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship. By submitting your application to Wholesale Bingo Supplies, you are forfeiting any and all rights your submission and the content within your submission.

14. Only one submission per applicant is allowed. Duplicate and/or multiple submissions will not be considered. Once submitted, you Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship entry cannot be modified or changed. Therefore, read your submission over carefully for accuracy before submitting.

15. Updates to the Scholarship status, finalists and the winner will be announced on our blog, facebook, twitter and other news mediums. Please subscribe here:

     

16. The Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship winner will have their name, major, the name of the school they are or will be attending, and their picture posted to our site(s) after the scholarship has been awarded.

17. Your submission will not be verified or confirmed by Wholesale Bingo Supplies outside of an email sent to the email address provided in the submission by the applicant in the submission process. 18. There will be at least one scholarship awarded. Additional scholarships may be awarded by Wholesale Bingo Supplies at their discretion.

19. Obviously, there is no purchase necessary to win the Wholesale Bingo Supplies Scholarship.

20. Employees of Wholesale Bingo Supplies and/or any of its affiliates are not eligible.
